Volunteer Information

Do you want to shop early? Volunteering is a great opportunity to meet new people and find the best bargains. We now offer 2 hour volunteer shifts instead of 4 hour shifts.  Shifts may include but are not limited to setting up racks, receiving and sorting merchandise, helping during the public sale, and much more. It's a good time, come and join the Two Times Around Team!

Set up-  During this shift you will unload and set up clothing racks, tables, signs, and much more.  Accepting and sorting merchandise (You will be receiving merchandise  and assisting  consignors place items on the sales floor in the appropriate sections).

Preview Sale Prep- This shift includes double checking clothing and making sure everything is where it belongs.

Public Sale- This will include removing tags, bagging merchandise, and assisting shoppers and anything else that may need completed.

Sorting- . Sorters are responsible for gathering and preparing each consignor's merchandise for pick-up. 

 ***Important Volunteer Information***
Two Times Around requires that all volunteers fulfill their commitment to work their assigned 2 hour shift(s).  If any volunteer does not notify Two Times Around, and the volunteer does not fulfill their assigned duty, the volunteer will no longer be allowed to participate in any future Two Times Around events.  We ask that all volunteers show up on time. If there is an emergency please contact us.


When Volunteers Can Shop....

  All NEW for this sale we have geared up with several vendors to reward our volunteers!

The prize winners will be announced on Saturday, March 17th at noon. If you are unable to be present the gift certificates will be mailed to you and baskets we will make arrangements for pick up.
